1 . To decide purpose
・Investment or Own use
2. To decide area
・Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto , Hokkaido and other
3. To have meeting with Agent
・We will assist you to find suitable property to follow your budget and purpose
4. Viewing
・We highly recommended to view the property in Japan
5. Booking
・To fill in the booking form and sign
・It may be requested to pay booking fee ( JPY50,000 – 100,000)
6. To sign explanation of important matters
・registered real estate agent explain about important matter of property
7. To pay earnest deposit
・10%~20% of purchase price
8. To sign SPA and related documents
・need to sign within 3~7 days from booking date
9. To sign loan agreement ( when use bank loan)
10. To prepare title transfer and apply fire insurance
11. To pay balance of purchase price and other payments
※title registration fee, fire insurance fee, Maintenance fee & sinking fund,
Tax and Agency fee etc
12. Vacant possession (hand over keys)
